Dear Citizens,
I, Julian Pembroke Steptoe, 
, am running for the Presidency of the United States of America because I am called to bravely lead our nation into the freedom it promises and seeks: the freedom based on "the proposition that all men are created equal".
The traditional parties of America know nothing but business as usual, regardless of whom they select as their candidates. They imagine and envision that democracy is going along just fine, and we only need to fine tune and distribute its benefits. This is also what I believe, but I also know that "America" continues a rampant and sublime subjugation of "black" people, without so much as recognizing or acknowledging that it is happening, and so its democracy needs more, to be overhauled. "America" refers to the traditional power structure in the hands of Euro-white America, those that hold the reins of the Republican and Democratic Parties, and all but ten percent of our country's economic wealth. This power structure is not truly "American" and actively works against America's promise, and operates as a hijacker of the "ship of state" to steer us into racist ports.

My campaign succeeds for its focus is to preserve America's native, stolen, and developed, wealth in a vault of moral wealth, finally allowing and assigning the environment and process for"black" people to assert their proper cultural names and identity, per their own choosing, and beginning the process of negotiation for rendering just reparations. Without this, in morality America is destitute and desperate. Holding the entire population as my constituency, and with the support, cooperation, and understanding of the voting majority, I will wield the Constitutional powers of the office to finally end the tragic handicap of race consciousness on which the mightily flawed concept of white supremacy thrives and depends. In doing so, our borders will be secured in the honor of peace and justice with the strength of our convictions, and with the cooperative realization of our human interdependence among our selves and one another, at home, and abroad.
Important to my campaign is its conduct without funding. By volunteer work, my campaign will thrive on the interests and involvement of dedicated Americans, and will be beholden to no capital sources, except that from which my Presidential salary will be drawn. I also am encouraging my voters to write-in my name on their ballots for the office, as doing so will prove the vote in my favor, and signal the conscious confidence of the nation.
